He said nothing as he kept wrapping the bandage around his hand, the fury still choking him. All of them could feel the tension, but none of them knew just how much this had wounded him. Not just physically, but emotionally.
Joining the Scoia’tael. Why the fuck did he ever help that Witcher?
“Maybe he-”
“Come off it guys,” Fen spat. “He left. Joined the Squirrels! And after all we fuckin’ did!”
He felt eyes on him again as he tied the bandage knot. Tight.
“Commander. Did he really leave?”
He purposely kept silent.
