Higgins has hardly known what to make of matters, lately.
Robin's Nest has never been the same since it was invaded, for lack of a better word, by Thomas Sullivan Magnum. The man is irresponsible, childish, and displays an alarming tendency to neglect the payment of his myriad debts. In a woefully brief stretch of time, the Magnum Touch has left matters, both tangible and otherwise, in a state of chaos. The man is, quite simply put, a modern-day Lord of Misrule!
And yet, for all the frustration, Higgins now and then witnesses unsuspectedly impressive facets of his personality.
