...and that brings us to the next patient in our lecture series.

When dealing with this patient, complete caution is advised. He is highly delusional, and potentially dangerous.

In his more lucid hours, he refers to himself as "the Doctor". Further, he claims to be able to travel through time in something that he describes as a blue box.

The patient in question has voiced his intent to escape numerous times. Naturally, all steps must be taken to avoid such an occurrence. Though clearly unbalanced, the patient also appears to be highly intelligent.

Again, please exercise constant caution with him.
