His words aren't meant to be a challenge... or are they? Ororo will not contemplate the possibility until much later. Now she flips into the air and soars above the city. She drops low, plummeting at surprising speeds and making Logan grin.
The world will not make her fall. It will not destroy her hope, her strength... It will not bend her to its ways; rather, she will bend it!
With winds rushing all around her, she forgets T'Challa's caresses, his touches, his being... at least for some time.
