There was nothing more to say. Jiang Cheng watched as his brother and best friend walked away, to a new future. A new family.
Leaving his old one behind.
Leaving Jiang Cheng behind.
Jiang Cheng walked away as well, heading for Lotus Pier. The last tie to his life before the massacre disappearing, taking Jiang Cheng’s true self with him. Taking his heart.
Only Sandu Shengshou remained.
