He lingers outside the shop, hair disheveled and eyes focused on the ground, and waits till dusk falls. Till it's dark and the streets empty, leaving only the brave or mad to stroll them tonight.
Fenrir can already feel the moon pulling at his soul. His blood sings and he imagines exactly what he'll soon do to Miss Burke. A single bite, to ensure her fate, then he'll drag her out through the window and take her home.
After all, good things come to those with time.
His spine lengthens, his shoulders bulge. In a reverent silence, the transformation begins.
