The tunnels under the old building were long and winding. They’d been built in different eras, which meant that while some were connected, often in unexpected ways, others weren’t. Section D knew their suspect was somewhere in the tunnels but had no idea where. Suddenly there was a gunshot in one tunnel and pounding feet as their suspect emerged straight into Ros and Jo, who promptly secured him. He was followed shortly afterwards by Adam and Lucas.
