An angel and his literal, purpose-built opposite. The Goddesses of Life and of Death. A naive, easily corrupted deity forced into a commanding role and a human mercenary with a grudge against the Divine. Palutena knew that their 'alliance' was held together by the frailest of threads. Only a much worse common threat stopped them all from turning on each other. Worse still, she knew that she couldn't delay their battle with that mutual enemy. The tide of eternal souls, the balance of the Universe, rested upon their swift victory.

 

She would deal with the fallout when the time came.
