"Wow. You are delightfully fragrant," Monica remarked as Chandler settled beside her with his coffee. "And what have you been up to today?"
He grimaced. "I was out doing some Christmas shopping for my parents. By some fluke, they both asked for the same perfume."
Monica smiled. "Good thing I already know your dad's a drag queen; that'd make this one awkward conversation, otherwise."
"Anyway," Chandler continued, rolling his eyes, "the lady at the perfume counter practically drowned me in perfume samples. It was a case of sink, swim, or scent."
"And the scent won without a fight."
"No contest."
