Nighttime has always seemed, compared to daytime, to be the best time to write her books. The world is quieter, offering fewer distractions.

Here, in the peaceful dim, Shauntal can pore over the pages of material she stashes away in her mind. There's so much to write about, and not enough time in the life of a member of Unova's Elite Four.

Sometimes, Shaunta wonders how she balances her two successes. She suspects that there's another novel in there somewhere, though.
