The Acerby shot the Earth Alliance Forces drone down without hesitation. It was always the same; they were waiting to get a glimpse of a pilot.
Absolutely futile.
She- She, right? She'd always been an Acerby. Installed, permanently, inside, barely aware of wires and tubes and thick gel and-
But she'd need to make a report anyway. One Earth Alliance Forces drone, on the small side, eliminated.
Would they be horrified if they knew? Did they have an idea?
She didn't know. It didn't matter.
In darkness, she smiled.
