"What's wrong with him?" Ros asked, pointing to the werewolf, who was sitting in the hall, pulling faces. "Is he sulking or in disgrace?"
"A bit of both, I think," Adam replied. "He tried stealing one of the beefburgers which fell out of the packet. Unfortunately it was frozen and he didn't care for it. And I didn't care for him trying to eat my tea."
"In which case," Ros raised her voice, "I don't suppose he'll want to share the triple choc cookies I've brought with me."
Instantly, the werewolf joined them, wagging his tail and looking slightly apologetic.
