Notes: POV The Cloak of Levitation. Angst.
What anguish. I feel as if I will rend at the seams. To be apart from Stephen as he suffers is a torture made more painful by the short distance between us. There he is, held captive, suspended. And here I am, hovering anxiously, uselessly. I should not have been stripped of him. I would be with him, regardless of circumstance. We belong together. I have no confidence in his two companions, one is merely a boy and the other is clever but brittle. I must find a way to help Stephen, to do something, or perish as I grieve.
