“It’s a misconception. I’m not half-man, half-wolf. I’m all werewolf,” said John. “On the night of a full moon, it’s fur and claws and howling and running with the pack; every other day of the month, it’s jumpers and jeans. When Sherlock shifts to a bat, he’s still a vampire, and similarly, no matter what form I take, I’m still a werewolf. I don’t belong in a pack of wolves or a pack of humans. To say I can only be one at a time, the wolf or the man, erases the possibility that I can be something else entirely.”
