Josiah was humming as he stepped out into the slowly vanishing sunlight. Ezra flashed him a golden smile. “Quite the outpouring you’ve had today, Preacher.”
“Nah.” Josiah looked around them at the people filling the church’s yard. They talked and laughed amongst long tables filled with food. “Quite the outpouring we’ve had today, pard.” Every one of his companions was present along with most of the town. They had all stayed together for most of the day, singing, praising the Lord, and devouring wonderfully delicious food. They were more than a team. They were a family, and blessed.
