The Luthors have always been a greedy family. Although Lex tries to be better these days, as he gazes down at the treasure laying prone before him, he knows he’s still a greedy bastard. He wants to share his most precious jewel with no one. He’d happily kill anybody for lusting after what’s his, which is exactly why he’s come so close so many times to killing Lana and driving a permanent wedge between himself and Clark.
The object of his admiration opens his blue eyes and blinks sleepily up at him. “What?”
“You’re mine.” Lex beams.
“Yes.” They kiss.
