They found out the cause of the zombie outbreak. It was deliberately created in a lab, then released by some rogue scientist who'd gone off the deep end. Now it was over. The scientist was in custody somewhere and the town was peaceful again.
He didn't believe a word. A lone scientist with malicious intent, with that much funding and access to the town's entire water supply? Why had there been no supervision, such lax security?
Why did these disasters just happen to occur so much more often now that the trade centre was dealing in relief aid equipment shares?
