“I think I know who our ghost is,” said Velma, ripping the mask from the face of figure caught in Fred’s grasp.
“Mister Higgins!” the Mystery Inc. crew cried.
“He wanted to keep people away from the old manor because that’s where the smuggled good were being held,” explained Velma.
“One last shipment and I was going to retire! My plan was perfection! And you meddling kids ruined it!”
“Like, we didn’t just ruin your plan, Mister Higgins, we, or rather Scoobs and me, also totally ruined your buffet,” said Shaggy.
“R-it r-as r-erfection, r-oo!” added Scooby-Doo, smacking his lips.
