Emma bit back a yelp. She hadn't noticed Fie but now the girl was just... there. She hadn't even been particularly hiding, Emma realised.
"I... may have been trying to come up with ideas to entice more people to our show at the Festival. The Literature Club may have written and distributed some promotional material for me. Without asking."
"Oh dear. Rean and Crow again? Crow at least won't stay properly angry."
"H... he's not angry. He's distributing them. And spontaneously performing scenes. D... don't tell Rean it was my idea!"
