“What is it?” Ves asked, peering over his shoulder as he stared at the bottle. It was unmarked but he could see the liquid inside was dark - black. Silently, he brought the cork to his nose to sniff, unwilling to open it. There was a hint of fermentation but he couldn’t be sure it was wine. “Who sent it?”
“Geralt,” he mumbled, giving her the card. Ves looked it over with a frown.
“He owns a vineyard?”
“Apparently.”
“So then,” she looked back to the bottle. “He sent… Wine?”
Roche sighed, placing the bottle back in the cloth. “Cheap wine.”
