“Stop playing games, Tripp,” Adam shouted.  “What have you done with my wife?”

“I don’t know what you mean,” Tripp replied.  “You know the only games I play are football.”

Adam snapped and pushed Tripp against the wall before hitting him hard.

“Okay, I’ll show you,” Tripp said, spitting blood.  “But you have to understand, I had no choice.”

Tripp drove Adam into the countryside and led him to a clearing where the ground had recently been disturbed.

“No more games,” Adam snarled and went for Tripp again.

That he didn’t cause more injuries was due to Johanna Griffin’s arrival.
