“An oneiromancer?” Roche frowned at him. “I don’t know what that is.”
“They interprets dreams,” he began to explain. “Corrine can predict the future using them.”
“How does this interest me?”
Why was he so difficult? “Because Roche, before you kill a King, I think you should consider all options.”
“I have,” he growled.
“Even the future of what happens?” Roche went silent; fuming. He could see it clearly on his face as he folded his arms. “Roche, trust me.”
“I dont, Witcher,” he said sharply.
“You used to,” he had to urge. “Please. Trust me.”
His lips pressed thin.
