Notes: a little fantasy-tinged something.
The door slammed shut with a bang.
"The wind," Michael commented with barely a twitch.
Annalise shot him a baleful glare. He'd been sitting at that breakfast table typing with one hand, eating with the other for a half hour now while she cooked and cleaned and put together their work bags.
And why did she keep doing that for him?
The wind blew again, gentle in its caress against her cheek, not even messing up her hair then slammed shut Michael's laptop, so he started and stared at her.
She almost laughed. She'd forgotten her childhood friend. "The wind."
