The man had grabbed Lucas and pushed him against the wall.  Ros crept up behind him and, in one swift movement, wrapped a stocking round his neck and pulled it tight.  The man collapsed on the floor.

Lucas watched as Ros removed the stocking and replaced it in her handbag.

“You didn’t expect me to leave it, did you?” Ros asked.  “I never know when I’m going to need to replace a snagged stocking which has started to run as I’m about to go to an important meeting.  Or when I’m going to encounter an enemy agent who needs strangling.”
