"Behold: The perfect Christmas tree," Monica grinned, motioning toward a dense evergreen with wide-open arms. "I worked on it all night, but I've got it just right."
She wasn't kidding about perfect, either. Each and every light was precisely spaced. Not a single strand of tinsel was wrinkled or hanging out of place. Christmas ornaments and Stars of David managed gracefully not to clash. Even the presents were wrapped flawlessly, every fold of the paper crisp, every bow fluffed.
"Wow," Rachel breathed, staring at the spectacle. "When you set your sights on perfect, you don't play games, do you?"
