"Lean back," Goh ordered, not that Taki felt like anything else. His head was pounding and he was definitely going to end up with a black eye that would linger for a few days. They'd completed their mission, but not without Goh busting his knuckles and Taki getting a good hit from an addict out of his mind on the very substance they were after.
Well, that was what happened to Goh's knuckles.
Goh handed Taki an ice pack and then sat down on the floor.
Taki found Goh's hand and took hold--
They'd definitely had worse. They'd be fine.
