"These are for you." Aisha beamed as she offered Wagnas a box of chocolates. Surely her gift wasn't the first; it was getting late in the day and Rocbouquet had to have been by.
"Thank you," Wagnas replied, accepting them carefully from her outstretched hands before brushing a wingtip against her shoulder. "Rocbouquet said you were working, so I wasn't sure if I'd see you."
Aisha nodded and gestured to her 'uniform'. "We sold out completely. Everyone got really into it this year!"
Though how many purchases were for confessions and how many for unexpected friendships...
She'd know soon enough.
