Plotting:
Their latest mission makes them trade pasts in a sense and Magna isn’t prepared for the way Sana looks in an Imperial uniform. Magna’s mouth goes dry and she’s having trouble looking away.
“And here I was worried you’d tell me I look sloppy,” Sana teases.
Sana looks anything but sloppy. Magna isn’t sure she can manage anything more than an undignified noise. Sana raises an eyebrow and then adjusts her rank bar so that it’s crooked.
“Better?” Sana asks.
“Insufferable,” Magna complains before kissing Sana. She fixes the rank bar as she pulls away. “Let’s go over the plan.”
