She could brew up a phalange broth and pour it, scorching and choking, down Gideon's throat, then claw her open from stomach outward. She could flay Gideon red. She could rip away Gideon's dreams and crush her every escape.
She could, and has.
Harrowhark's talent is prodigious, her spite unparalleled.
The greatest danger she poses to Gideon, however, is deceptively simple. Just this -- one sharp-faced, hollow-cheeked girl, streaming with seawater, apologizing -- and Gideon is undone.
