"Trouble with Romun AGAIN? But we've done nothing to them!" Adol sighed.
"Its not the Government this time. A major trade guild sent out skilled mercenaries after you," said Griselda, "Something about a merchant ship going missing. Millions of gold's worth of spices, gone. The water was calm, it was a safe route... why is it on the bottom of the sea now, the one time you were guarding it?"
"You do know I don't actually cause the shipwrecks, don't you?"
"I do. The Guild doesn't believe me."
He facepalmed. With luck, one of the mercs would be Geis again.
