His enthusiasm was adorable.
Rachel snuggled close to Ross as he read from a copy of Scientific American. She couldn't understand half of what he was saying, and hardly cared about any of it.
What made it worth her while was being near Ross, and hearing him gush. She might think it was boring, but at least he was having fun.
"Are you falling asleep, sweetie," he suddenly asked her, startling her out of a light doze. "It's kinda dull to you, huh?"
"Mmm? A little. But keep talking," she asked, nuzzling closer. "I love the sound of your voice."
