Vixel ducked around a corner and then cautiously peeked back. A longer glance told him that no, he hadn't seen the man he thought he had. Not that he'd deny those rough times, but...
Well, no sense dwelling on what he'd done in the past. Vixel knew that. It was a chat he'd had with Fritz more than once and likely one they'd have again, over drinks or laundry duty, whichever came first.
Couldn't undo anything...
He took a deep breath and stepped back into the bustle of the town, listening to everything just in case.
Wouldn't do it again.
