“I could easily take you on with any weapon,” the CIA agent boasted.

“Oh, you really think so,” Lucas North replied.  He casually stretched his legs out.

“Yeah, name your weapon and we’ll see who’s the better with it.” 

The agent’s confidence was impressive, and the rest of Section D looked at Lucas to gauge his response.  A slight flicker of his lips was all that they needed.  They settled back into their seats to enjoy the outcome.

“In which case, you’re on,” Lucas said.  There was a short pause before he added, “My weapon of choice is the trebuchet.”
