"What the heck could be drainin' the lights," Joey asked as they flickered for the umpteenth time that night.
"Didn't you know," Phoebe responded. "It's me. My powers have been getting stronger. I'm gonna go get some tea." As she left, she smiled sweetly at Joey, who was now staring at her in vaguely terrified awe.
"Oh, relax, Joe," Ross gently scolded. "You know Pheebs; she's just making all that up."
"Would it really surprise you if she was telling the truth, though? This is Phoebe, after all," Chandler pointed out.
"Either way, I'm gonna have nightmares tonight," Joey grumbled.
