A flush of heat was rushing through Zeke's body; he could barely hold back. Casey was the favorite victim of the jocks; they teased and bullied him merciless. Barely a day where Casey didn't end in the boy's washroom with a bloody nose or bruises.
It was none of his business. Zeke got along well with the jocks, though they weren't closest friends, but they respected the territory of the other. To step in for Casey would mean to overstep the line.
„Ahh.“
Another painful outcry. Zeke put down the car-magazine he was reading. Enough was enough.
