Notes: Sherlock & John are picking out a cake for Mrs. Hudson.
“Chocolate?” suggested John. “Everyone likes chocolate, but not too much chocolate, I think.”
He bent low and squinted at the confections behind the glass. “Carrot?”
“Walnuts,” remarked Sherlock from his slouch by the wall. He did not look up from his mobile.
“Oh, yeah, I forgot. No walnuts. Um, let’s see. Sticky toffee. Victoria sponge. No, we want something special, something out of the ordinary.”
“No, Mrs. Hudson already has something out of the ordinary: us as tenants.” He pushed off the wall and caught the eye of the clerk, “Lemon drizzle, please.”
John glared.
“Piece of cake,” quipped Sherlock.
