Notes: a literal wild goose chase
"Look, I'm on a literal wild goose chase!" Gwen ran through the streets chasing a goose the size of a Volkswagen bug.
Clint shot a net arrow, but it only slowed it down. "Knock-out arrow maybe?"
Kate shook her head. "It's not like you can control where it lands." She turned to their resident telepath. "Quentin, it has a mind, right?"
"Barely."
The Goose took to the air.
Quentin sighed. "Fine."
"Nothing's happening," Kate said impatiently.
"Wait for it."
The goose landed gently in the ocean. Now all they needed to do was convince Gwen not to bring it home.
