"I don't think this is such a wonderful idea," the Doctor informed me. "I understand your wanting to take advantage of having a time machine to investigate UFO sightings throughout history. But we'll have to keep the TARDIS hidden, if we're going to do this properly."
"Why's that," I asked him. I couldn't help my eagerness, despite his warnings. Now that I was in an alien spaceship, the idea was irresistible.
"Because we might very well become the sightings that you're out to investigate."
"I figured that more than half of them were probably you, anyway."
"That's a fair point."

Date: 2022-04-15 10:49 pm (UTC)Forgive me though, I've been re-watching X-Files on Comet every night, so this just makes me picture Mulder on the Tardis, which I think makes this drabble even more amusing and I can't stop chuckling...
