I arguably smelled dozens and dozens of people, even if ten years isn't that long for a vampire. even if the darkest part of the forest isn't visited as often, the cities nearby are relatively large.

so I might have smelled even hundreds of people.

yet, not of them made me feel this temptation. as if their scent is asking me to come closer, to bite down and drink fresh blood directly from the source just like I've sworn to never do.

I don't know who this person is, I don't want to, it's dangerous, they're too tempting. almost perfect.
