Jasper shrugged.
"Sometimes I wonder what would happen if I just left Ishmeria. Abandoned this... mess."
"You'd have freedom, I suppose, and no worries," he mused, "But you'd lose your destiny, your family, everything!"
"I'd miss my sister," admitted Adryl.
"You'd miss a lot more. You're a Lankshire. You're bound to the land. Without its soil, in more ways than one, you'd be like a fish out of water."
