Inuyasha has never had it easy. He's not sure what having it easy even is.

Feared by his mother's people, reviled by his father's kind, he knows what it is to be the shunned. The unwanted. To be viewed on both sides as some filthy half-breed, fit only to be spurned and cast aside.

If not to be outright destroyed, simply for a nature that he never asked for.

In time, though, he knows that he'll prove himself. Then perhaps everyone will speak his name with respect. They'll see him as an equal, instead of just some worthless mongrel.
