Oh, they'd had a night. But they'd also had quite the day, which was what they'd either celebrated or drank because of, at least-
Orion was pretty sure that he and Gray had finished off another bottle once they'd gotten back to their room, and Orion was also pretty sure they were both feeling it.
Gray was sprawled half on top of him on the bed, apparently comfortable enough, as Orion tried to drag a blanket over them both. Rest would do them well.
Then Orion tangled a hand in Gray's unbound hair and smiled.
It'd been a good night.
