“Do this, then do that.  Does Harry think I’m a robot?” Lucas demanded.

“What’s he asked you to do?”  Adam looked up from the printout he was annotating.

In response Lucas threw the post-It note over to him.  Adam glanced at it and laughed.  “Yes, I see what you mean.”

“Quite.  He didn’t need to state the order.  I think I could have worked it out for myself.  If I’m told ‘put your shoes and socks on’ I can do it in the right order.”

“Do it and I’ll buy you a cake as reward.”

“Robots don’t eat cake.”

“Precisely!”
