Damn. The proposal gods must be looking down at him and laughing. Why does Richard have to be here, of all restaurants, and on this, of all nights in the calendar?
Richard might be with someone else, but he's looking at Monica with the same gleam as when they were still seeing each other.
There's no way that Chandler can ask Monica to marry him now. It's impossible. Why would she say yes to him, when there's such attractive competition to pull her attention away?
