Title: Addict.
Original (or) Fandom: Original.

Notes: Bix Blazebloom is an original character from the DnD universe, although she solidly now lives within my own: Black Moon Hollow. I'm working on crafting this universe - as well as character development - through these drabbles. Bix's a faery bard with a lisp; a loveable, often comical, and pure soul who is unabashedly herself. It's been discovered she has a quirky penchant for anything human.
I have written a few of these recently in my own journal but this one is my favorite so far. Enjoy!
Nestled carefully in her hands, Bix sniffed the warmed drink precariously. It was a heady aroma; rich, earthy. Steam rose leisurely from the oversized mug. The traveling merchant cleared his throat, encouraging unceremoniously for Bix to taste his wares.
A tiny sip, at first. The drink was sweet and smooth. It warmed her from the inside out.
A blink. Another sip, and then another. She saw sound. She tasted colors. Explosions singed her sight!
“WHOA! What is this stuff?” Bix exclaimed as she took a momentary breath. Power coursed through her wee body. She could do anything. She was alive."
