Summary: Nie Huaisang comes up with a new way to avoid saber practice.


“Daaaa-ge,” Huaisang whined. “It’s too cold to practice saber.”

“It will be good for you.”

“Da-ge, how about this? If I can hit you in a snowball fight, I don’t have to practice today.”

Nie Mingjue snorted. “Fine.” He didn’t fear Huaisang’s aim.

“You have to give me a head start!”

Nie Mingjue waited for Huaisang to run outside. A little later, he stomped out into the courtyard. Huaisang was nowhere to be seen. He moved forward cautiously.

A shower of snow fell on him from above. He looked up to see Huaisang perched on a branch. “I win, da-ge!”
