Notes: This is my first time writing for this challenge! I am on Ao3 as Jedi_Knight_Leia_Skywalker, and I'm also on the fan_flashworks com. I likely won't be insanely active, but nice to know that there are multiple fandom challenges on DW.

It’s like our reports were invisible. People just ignored them, because they thought that because we got captured, we’d be too likely to invent a Mantie super-tech to excuse it. Only problem, the Mantie super-tech is real. At least Admiral Tourville knows enough to believe me, and not just ignore the reports like Commissioner Pritchart seemed to do. At least she didn’t have us all shot. Maybe, it’s better they were ignored.

 

 

Admiral Tourville winks at me, grinning, breaking me out of my thoughts, “Shannon, we got some of the new missile pods.” Did someone else listen to the reports?

I'm just annoyed when I check out a com and discover nobody's posting anymore. I don't really have the time to do exchanges, but non-porn centered multi-fandom comms that are active would be potentials for me (can't promise how active I'd be, though).

The Honorverse (the fan name for the Honor Harrington series, by David Weber, which you can get for free mostly, from Baen) is sorta the Napoleonic Wars, set in space, with plenty of space comabt.
