Summary: Randy explains the concept of 'lying to prevent the truth from hurting someone' to KeA.
Randy said that a white lie was when the Commander didn't know he drank on duty and didn't need to because he could still work while drunk. Or that his regular girls didn't know about each other and were happier that way. She supposed it was a white lie when she pretend to be just like a real friend to make them think they adored her by choice. Or let them fight hard against fate and show real determination as though they genuinely had an option of failure in a destiny now dictated by her.
They were happier that way.
