Kevin stares at the blood pooling on the asphalt. It creeps slowly towards him, threatening to stain his wing-tips; he quickly steps back, disgusted. Oh god, he might vomit.
“You got him, like, right in the eye,” Dab says. Kevin can see him pointing in the periphery of his vision. “Man. That’s gross. You’re a really good shot, though.”
Half of Dante Wolf’s skull looks up towards the sky, seeing nothing. Kevin feels a bead of sweat run down his back.
“Lemme show you how to get rid of a body,” Yung Dab says. He sounds happy.
