Notes: panic attack

panic attacks are never, never fun. they're, in my humble opinion, a lot more annoying when you don't even know why you're having them. my day has been going just fucking fine until it hit me from seemingly nowhere.

rationally, I know it comes from somewhere.

my lizard says "I have have a bad feeling about this" and suddenly I'm not quite function anymore. something I'm unaware of sets me off and I can't breath or think and poor boy.

I'm a painfully pathetic broken boy, but I've been like this for so that I'm comfortable in my shattered panic.
